The D-Series of infrared convection ovens are designed
for processes requiring close control of both temperature and atmosphere.Primarily intended for thick film drying, adhesive and epoxy curing,
these ovens can also perform many other lower temperature processes requiring air and nitrogen
operating atmospheres. The maximum operating
temperature of the system is 500°C..
The chamber construction, gas controls, and exhaust are designed to
control in-process atmosphere by maintaining equilibrium between input
exhaust and leakage. Typical performance allows oven-induced gaseous
contaminants to be held at or below 50 ppm using either air or nitrogen
operating atmospheres.
The ovens in the D-series are similar to each other except for the heated
length and belt width, which determine the processing capacity.
