Vacuum induction melting (VIM),
inert gas hot pressing (IGHP) and hot isostatic pressing (HIP)
techniques are routinely hybridized to form unique processing solutions
for the most challenging of composites and alloys. Advanced machining
centers and in-house target bonding ensure that we have the capability
to produce virtually all thin film materials required for PVD
applications.
Metallic and non-metallic
sputtering materials are produced in a wide array of shapes and sizes
meeting the requirements of virtually any machine design. Custom
configurations are available as well. Targets are produced using
ultra-high purity materials and with optimal metallurgical grain
structures.
Our Xtended Life target designs,
metallurgical product improvements and cost of ownership solutions
provide our customers with unique value packages while lowering overall
costs. Listed below are some of Williams's innovated engineered
materials. |
