RTC T-SERIES INFRARED OVEN 

The TA-310 furnace is about 60 inches in length and 20 inches in width.  TA-310 furnace can heat at a maximum of 600C.  Faster and more efficient than conventional ovens, the Table Top, clean, infrared heat, dramatically reduces the time required to process parts.  It's no longer necessary to remove parts from the production line to heat for long periods.  The TA-310 can be integrated directly into modern production lines to achieve a continuous, uninterrupted production flow.
The TA series of micro ovens are especially designed for use in situations where space is at a premium.  The oven fits on a table top or work bench and can be easily transferred from one location to another.                                          
The variety of heating jobs this small, conveyorized unit can handle are virtually without limit. Faster and more efficient than conventional batch ovens, the TA-310, with clean, infrared heat, dramatically reduces the time required to process parts.  It's no longer necessary to remove parts from the production line to heat for long periods, as the TA-310 can be integrated directly into modern production lines to achieve a continuous, uninterrupted production flow.                 
The oven features a clam-shall design with hermetic seal which provides easy service access of the oven interior.  The oven is powerful enough for use in a wide variety of laboratory and production processes from curing/drying to high temperature reflow solder, including low lead and lead free solders.  The TA-310 is also an excellent choice for void free reflow of gold tin performs for hermetic package sealing applications.

SMALL, COMPACT, PORTABLE

The TA-310 is completely portable and is small enough to fit on a work bench.

INSTANT START-UP

The TA-310 is ready for operation almost immediately upon being turned on, no long heat-up periods.

INFRARED HEAT

Clean, efficient infrared heat is emitted from a specially designed patented heating chamber. Temperature, controlled atmosphere uniformity and repeatability is maintained throughout the width and length of the heating chamber interior.

SOLID STATE CONTROLS

Advanced solid state PID controls are utilized for temperature and conveyor speed control.  Multiple zones (3 or 4) are available as an option.
